The Lab Report Article: ‘When the ‘Mayhem’ Stops’

At Groundwork Outreach, we believe the best solutions start with listening. When community leaders wanted to better understand the Esperanza community’s needs around early childhood education, they commissioned Groundwork Outreach to canvass the neighborhood. Through a combination of community meetings and surveys, we gathered insights that allowed us to identify priorities and recommend solutions rooted in community voice and grounded in data.

The results uncovered a community hub that serves both students and families in powerful ways and insights on how to better support the residents of Esperanza.
