Our Services

At Groundwork Outreach, we help organizations uncover community perspectives that drive smarter, more impactful decisions. By combining data insights with hyper-local engagement, we ensure that the voices of residents directly shape strategies, policies, and investments.

What We Do

We partner with clients to design and execute customized canvassing campaigns that dig deeper than surface-level data. Our work uncovers root causes, highlights both barriers and strengths, and equips leaders with insights that lead to feasible, actionable, and lasting solutions.

How We Do It

Every campaign follows our four-phase process:

  • In this phase, we work with clients to define the outcomes and insights most important to them. Through discovery calls and early conversations, we gain clarity on objectives and co-create a customized campaign approach that aligns with proven best practices.

  • Our team organizes and refines the tools for success by designing surveys, cleaning and preparing data, coordinating with local partners, and training canvassers so campaigns are ready to launch effectively and efficiently.

  • Our trained canvassers begin the boots on the ground work of connecting face-to-face with residents, gathering authentic insights and uncovering perspectives that are often missed by traditional research methods, providing a richer and more authentic understanding of community realities.

    • Depending on the campaign design, our outreach can take many forms—door-to-door marketing, community surveying, enrollment support, pop-up events, and more. Each strategy is carefully selected to maximize impact, meet people where they are, and create authentic touchpoints that move communities and clients toward their shared goals.

  • Saving the best for last, we combine community voices with quantitative data, delivering comprehensive reporting that highlights key findings and clear recommendations to guide client decision-making and next steps.
