Dallas Morning News Article: Dallas workforce agency launches campaign to boost access in county

Dallas County is full of talent, but too many residents still miss out on the job training and career services that could open new doors. That is why Groundwork Outreach is partnering with Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas on a new door to door campaign.

Our canvassing team will visit households in Pleasant Grove, Irving, Grand Prairie and the Dallas International District to share information, listen to residents and make it easier to access free workforce programs.

This effort is about meeting people where they are and making sure community voices shape how services are delivered. As our CEO Marie Appel shared with The Dallas Morning News, "Groundwork serves as the last mile to understand what residents need and connect them with the programs designed for them."
